Why isn’t there a set price?

Some pictures will be easier to fix than others, some will require more time. In short until we see your photos we won’t know how long it will take to lovingly restore and if requested colourise your cherished photos. You’ll be surprised how affordable it is - just email us for a quote

Can I send you our photos for you to scan?

We’d rather you didn't as we would worry that they might be lost in transit. If you are not able to create a hi-res scan then let us know. You can send your images to us via Royal Mail tracked package. We will use the same method to return them to you. However we are do not accept responsibility for your photos during transit.

Can you restore all photos?

No. Some will be beyond repair. If this is the case we will let you know. Some photos can be restored, however colorising them might be pointless. If this is the case we will you let you know before work starts.

How long will it take?

This depends on our workload, the number of photos you are sending and their condition. We will let you know before work starts.

Can my photos be put into an album?

Yes. We are partnered with a company who can provide photo books, mugs, and many other products. Once we have finished restoring your photos we will let you know what products would best suit your newly restored photos.

Can’t I just use an online app?

Yes you can. A lot of these online tools are very good at restoring images as well as animating them. However if you want a high-resolution, fully restored, non-branded photo, that has been loving restored and colorised, we believe it takes love, attention to detail, and pride. We think your ancestors and family deserves this level of care, and we hope you and your descendants will love and cherish these images for many generations to come.
